At 11 a.m. on August 9, the opening ceremony and symposium of the Center for Heterogenic Metal Additive Manufacturing Material and Parts were held at POSTECH GIFT Auditorium 101.
Professor Kim Hyoung-seop of the GIFT at POSTECH, the main research institute, plans to promote it.
The opening ceremony was attended by many special guests, including government officials, President Kim Moo-hwan of POSTECH, President of POSCO Institute of Technology, President Nam Soo-Hee of Research institute of Industrial Science and Technology, and President Lee Jung-Hwan of Korea Institute of Materials Science.
A symposium was held from 2 p.m., and Professor Kim Hyoung-Seop, Professor Lee Byung-Joo, Professor Cho Jung-Wook, Professor Lee Ki-an of Inha University, and Professor Seol Jae-bok of Gyeongsang National University attended and presented.
