Professors Hae-Geon Lee, Yang Mo Koo, Bruno de Cooman, Rongshan Qin, Han Soo Kim, In Gee Kim, Harry Bhadeshia and Mr Chan-sik Han all travelled to the city of Changwon to visit POSCO Special Steels, Korea Iron and Steel Company (KISCO) and Doosan Heavy Industries.
The following photographs were taken by Hae-Geon Lee, Bruno de Cooman, Harry Bhadeshia and Chan-sik Han, the latter using a camera belonging to Ms Min Jung Kim.
It was a beautiful day where we were entertained to the most fascinating truly large scale processes carried out with precision and choreography that would put a ballet production to shame.
