Visitors from Norwegian University of Science and Technology

Fifteen visitors including 1 professor (Dr. Merete Tangstad, a professor of the department of materials science and engineering) and 14 students of Norwegian University of Science and Technology visited POSTECH and GIFT on March 18th early in the morning. After visiting POSTECH library, they moved to GIFT, gathered in GIFT lecture room #301 and listened to Prof. Youn-Bae Kang’s introduction about GIFT. Then they toured RFC and LSL led by Prof. Yoon-Uk Heo and had lunch at the rooftop cafeteria with host professors of GIFT.

The Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU: Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet) is a public research university with campuses in the cities of Trondheim in Norway. NTNU is the largest of the eight universities in Norway, and has the main national responsibility for higher education in engineering and technology.
