- Application period : Up to the 8th semester of the Ph.D.
- Compulsory service period : Twice the application period
- In case of interruption of study due to reasons attributable to the student : All financial aid received from the point of special recruitment scholarship onward(excluding admission and tuition fees) must be fully refunded.
- In case of retirement during the mandatory period, reimbursement of expenses corresponding to the remaining mandatory period for the paid tuition
