Advanced Chemical Hydrogen Energy Storage LAB (ACHES) at POSTECH focuses on academic research and engineering development activities related to hydrogen.

The ACHES lab is connected to POSCO Holdings-POSTECH-RIST Integrated Research Institute as well as Hydrogen Research Center at Research Institute of Industrial Science and Technology (RIST), which was founded in June 2021 to drive innovation of hydrogen energy systems. The ACHES lab currently focuses on chemical hydrogen storage applicable to H2-mobility, power generation, and portable devices.
