Dr. Hyung-Jun Cho, a graduate of the Structural Steel Laboratory (SSL) at POSTECH, has been awarded the prestigious Humboldt Research Fellowship in 2025. Dr. Cho, currently a
postdoctoral researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Sustainable Materials (MPI-SusMat), received this fellowship in recognition of his research on developing next-generation
steel alloys for extreme environments and hydrogen transport.
