Prof. Dong-Woo Suh of GIFT was awarded the Minister of Science, Technology and Information, and Communication's Commendation. Prof. Dong-Woo Suh, as a specialist member of the National Research Foundation of Korea National Research Foundation, was awarded a commendation for his contribution to vitalizing the R&D of metal materials essential for the establishment of future social infrastructure by playing a key role in research planning for nano and material technology development projects. On December 7, 2021, at the National Core Material Research Group Performance Sharing Meeting hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and supervised by the Materials Innovation Leading Headquarters, the Superintendent Director shared the results and plans of the Research Group, commendation for meritorious people, and delivery of nameplates to the Research Group.
